The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Crossmint's product portfolio, focusing on integrating stablecoins and smart wallets. Responsibilities include competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and collaborating with product teams to refine messaging and develop strategies that resonate with fintech buyers.

The Product Manager will drive the lifecycle of compliance-related and wallet products, translating regulatory needs into product decisions and collaborating with engineering and third-party partners.

Build and scale agentic payments infrastructure including agent wallets, delegated authorization, transaction orchestration, and card rails. Design secure, compliant systems bridging onchain/offchain components, ship APIs/SDKs, integrate card networks, own features end-to-end, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor teammates to raise engineering standards.

As a Full-stack Engineer on the Wallets Team, you will build and scale wallet infrastructure and services, manage integrations, and ensure system security and compliance, while mentoring team members.

The Sales Development Representative will qualify inbound leads, manage relationships with smaller clients, and collaborate with AEs, focusing on the crypto and fintech sectors.

The role involves designing and building payment infrastructure, managing financial flows, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to architecture decisions. It requires handling critical systems and mentoring newer engineers.

Own the full sales cycle in Crossmint's fintech vertical. Engage with C-level executives, understand complex systems, and close multi-stakeholder deals.

Work directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and deploy custom integrations using Crossmint wallets, tokenization, and stablecoin APIs. Prototype solutions, manage deployments, troubleshoot production incidents across services and blockchains, and convert successful deployments into reusable SDKs or platform features while advising client engineering teams.
