Leads the engineering function for identity, compliance, and risk shared services. Owns roadmap, domain models, architecture, regulatory requirements, hiring, team development, incident response, threat modeling, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Risk. This player-coach role requires hands-on technical leadership in regulated financial systems, including identity, onboarding, AML, fraud, and risk decisioning.

Lead and build Crossmint's security function end-to-end: set strategy, manage a small security team, oversee cloud/application/CI/CD security (AWS primary), own audit and compliance (SOC 2, DORA, MiCA), manage third-party risk and incident response, and act as a hands-on practitioner during high-stakes reviews and incidents. Communicate risk to executives and scale security without blocking product velocity.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Crossmint's product portfolio, focusing on integrating stablecoins and smart wallets. Responsibilities include competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and collaborating with product teams to refine messaging and develop strategies that resonate with fintech buyers.
