Teams at Crossmint

Lead the Wallets engineering team, owning technical strategy and roadmap for programmable smart-wallet infrastructure across EVM, Solana, and Stellar. Design and deliver wallet primitives, smart contracts, multi-chain orchestration, backend services, observability, and fault-tolerant systems. Manage and mentor six engineers, establish development standards, collaborate with Product, GTM, and customer teams, represent the team in architecture and partner discussions, and continue contributing production code across wallet, blockchain, SDK, web, and mobile systems.

Build and own Crossmint’s fraud decisioning platform across payments, wallets, stablecoins, and card transactions. Develop rules, models, signals, detection systems, analyst tools, and reporting for fraud prevention. Analyze performance metrics, respond to incidents, integrate fraud vendors, support compliance audits, and identify fraud risks before product launches. This hands-on role requires coding, data analysis, on-call participation, and close collaboration with Risk Operations, Compliance, Legal, Security, and product teams.

Leads the engineering function for identity, compliance, and risk shared services. Owns roadmap, domain models, architecture, regulatory requirements, hiring, team development, incident response, threat modeling, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Risk. This player-coach role requires hands-on technical leadership in regulated financial systems, including identity, onboarding, AML, fraud, and risk decisioning.
