Own and operate Crossmint's security posture across cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, application security, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance (SOC 2/DORA). Partner with Engineering and IT to design controls, perform secure code reviews, remediate findings, coordinate third-party audits, and maintain audit-ready documentation and processes.

The Sr. Accountant will manage group-wide accounting, multi-entity consolidation, audit coordination, and internal controls for US and European entities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, leading monthly and annual closes, supervising a Jr. Accountant, and contributing to process improvements and ERP transitions.

The Money Laundering Reporting Officer will oversee the UK AML compliance framework, working closely with regulators and cross-functional teams to enhance financial crime controls and build scalable compliance programs.
