Lead business development for a construction company by expanding market presence, securing projects and partnerships, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, monitoring market opportunities, representing the company at industry events, leading the business development team, and reporting pipeline metrics to senior leadership.

Develops, updates, reviews, and standardizes construction project schedules using Primavera P6. Provides scheduling leadership, training, critical path analysis, cost and resource loading, baseline management, progress tracking, and schedule risk communication. Collaborates with project teams, field staff, estimators, marketing, design teams, and clients; visits job sites and analyzes delays, change orders, time extensions, and mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule and profitable.
