Plan, execute, and optimize SEO and local search strategies to boost loan officer and corporate visibility. Manage Google Business Profiles, keyword research, content at scale, technical audits, link building, web chat assistant, website optimizations, reporting, and cross-team coordination to increase organic traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Serve as liaison to Loan Officers and borrowers, advising on loan eligibility and programs. Review complex income docs, pre-underwrite files, prepare disclosures, ensure optimal loan structure, and train/support sales and processing staff.

Serve as Scrum/Flow Master to coach agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, track portfolio intake and delivery, maintain Jira dashboards and health scorecards, coordinate dependencies, and support quarterly planning to ensure predictable delivery across multiple teams.
