Manage pre-approval and pre-underwrite processes for residential mortgage loans. Communicate with borrowers, review income/assets/credit, run DU/LP, review disclosures, identify missing documentation, and structure loans across Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, 203k and reverse products to support approvals.

Lead strategy, design, and administration of employee benefits programs including self-funded plans, vendor management, regulatory compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA), budgeting, analytics, and communications. Manage the Benefits team, optimize programs and technology, negotiate vendor contracts, support integrations/acquisitions, and provide executive-level recommendations to align benefits with business objectives and employee wellbeing.

The UAT Specialist serves as a key communicator between technology teams and stakeholders, ensuring quality assurance during technical updates, creating test cases, documenting issues, and facilitating user acceptance testing to align solutions with business needs.
