The role supports women- and youth-led enterprises, particularly in agricultural value chains, and requires frequent travel between program and field locations.

Supports transaction advisory and capital-raising projects in Senegal and West Africa. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, due diligence, sensitivity and scenario modeling, market and regulatory research, financing structure evaluation, investor outreach, proposal development, transaction tracking, and client presentation preparation. Develops client relationships, originates new business, manages investment professionals, mentors junior staff, and represents the firm at regional forums. The role is based in Senegal and requires experience in frontier markets, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or related fields.

Drive advisory project execution in Gambia and West Africa, including investment opportunity evaluation, market assessments, investor engagement, commercial due diligence, client recommendations, business development, and blended finance structuring. The Associate will support transaction advisory engagements, build regional partnerships, and develop value-creation strategies while working with clients and colleagues in challenging environments.

Design and operate people systems for deskless, shift-based site teams across multiple African markets. Responsibilities include employment-law compliance, compensation and benefits, HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, local hiring, workforce scheduling support, and culture initiatives. The role partners with site leaders, manages vendors and formal employee cases, builds local talent pipelines, and requires frequent field presence, including travel to the DRC.
