Execute advisory projects across the MENA region, including investment opportunity evaluation, market and sector analysis, investor engagement, strategy development, commercial due diligence, transaction advisory, blended finance structuring, and business development. The Associate will support governments, development partners, foundations, investors, and corporate clients while developing client-facing recommendations and partnerships.

Leads country-level business development services across donor-funded West African programs. Responsibilities include adapting curricula, training and certifying agribusiness coaches, conducting quality assurance field visits, supporting financial literacy and finance readiness, coordinating implementing partners, analyzing monitoring data, and ensuring safeguarding and inclusion standards. The role is based in Dakar, Senegal, with frequent travel to field locations.

Lead country-level monitoring, evaluation, and learning implementation for donor-funded programs in The Gambia. Responsibilities include designing MEL frameworks, coordinating partner data collection, training implementing organizations, ensuring data quality, conducting field verification, analyzing employment and enterprise outcomes, preparing donor reports, supporting evaluations, documenting lessons learned, and strengthening adaptive management, inclusion, and safeguarding practices.
