The Learning and Curriculum Manager at CrossBoundary will design and implement effective learning journeys, manage content development, oversee competency frameworks, and coordinate professional development offerings.

The Junior Analyst will support project finance and infrastructure advisory, conducting market research, commercial due diligence, and business development while managing multiple responsibilities and adapting to changing markets.

Provide administrative and logistical support across CrossBoundary Energy's Nairobi office: manage travel, visas, events, vendor relations, document stamping and mailing, subscriptions, billing tracking, and provide as-needed executive support (calendar, travel, expenses).
