Supports transaction advisory engagements and regional landscape assessments through financial analysis, market research, presentation preparation, database management, financial modeling, due diligence, stakeholder communications, and transaction reporting. The intern collaborates with Analysts and Associates, assists with business development meetings, and contributes to investment facilitation projects across Latin America.

Leads project and infrastructure finance transactions, strategic advisory engagements, business development, fundraising, client coverage, and global mandate coordination. Oversees complex power and renewable energy projects through financial close, including financing structures, risk allocation, legal agreements, and financial models. Builds relationships with investors, governments, development finance institutions, and partners while mentoring teams, developing revenue lines, managing performance, and reporting on project progress.

The Senior Associate will support capital investments in underserved markets, drive project execution, conduct market assessments, and engage with clients and investors.
