Own Crosby’s revenue operations systems, forecasting, reporting, CRM workflows, pipeline reviews, capacity planning, sales compensation, and client lifecycle analytics. Connect commercial commitments, usage, billing, and revenue while improving conversion, onboarding, expansion, data quality, and automation. Partner with Sales, Finance, Growth, Legal Operations, and leadership to establish scalable processes and provide trusted insights for growth decisions.

Review and negotiate commercial contracts, identify risks and unusual terms, and collaborate with legal teammates on complex clauses. Improve contract-review workflows by codifying recurring agreements, building playbooks, and identifying process efficiencies. Partner with engineering and operations to advance AI-enabled legal service delivery while maintaining high-quality client outcomes.
