Looking for a Founding GTM Lead to build and own the commercial side of the business, executing sales, marketing strategies, and establishing customer success.

Own and scale critical legal-service workflows combining human expertise and AI. Design and implement operational processes across legal delivery, quality control, training, and client success. Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype internal tools, improve throughput, reduce errors, and operationalize playbooks, training systems, and incentives. This is an in-person, execution-focused operations role requiring end-to-end ownership in an ambiguous, high-stakes environment.
