The Customer Success Engineer will lead deployments, serve as a technical advisor, and support customer engagement, focusing on product enhancements and user experience.

Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads for commercial enterprise and mid-market accounts, book meetings for AEs, maintain CRM records in HubSpot, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging for security operations buyers.

Work on product AI team combining research and development to create and test security-focused AI use cases. Generate threat data, emulate APT attacks, write Python and shell automation, build repeatable tests, evaluate AI model effectiveness for SOC workflows, and influence engineering priorities through data-driven findings.

Lead architecture and delivery for a product engineering team, design and build production-grade distributed and LLM/agent-based AI systems, mentor engineers, set technical standards, and collaborate with product and design to secure customers' environments.

Develop and maintain large-scale SaaS web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. Implement features, ensure cross-browser/device performance, test and debug, deploy to production with secure authentication, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and incorporate customer and design partner feedback to improve UX and functionality.
