Owns CMG’s accounting and finance function, including the general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, government contract accounting, internal controls, audits, cash forecasting, ERP implementation, and investor reporting. Owns operational cadence, procurement, inventory, production scheduling, facilities, regulatory compliance, CMMC readiness, OT cybersecurity, vendor management, and team development. Builds scalable processes and teams while maintaining site readiness, safety, audit preparedness, and production support in a regulated defense-related environment.

Leads automation and robotics integration for advanced energetic-materials manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing automated workflows and robotic cells, integrating controls and manufacturing data systems, managing vendors, commissioning production equipment, developing technical documentation, supporting production readiness, and ensuring machine safety and compliance. The role directs technicians and coordinates multidisciplinary teams across production, operations, quality, safety, and external integrators.

Leads government solutions and strategic growth for a domestic explosives and load, assembly, and pack provider. Builds relationships with government program offices and defense industry partners, identifies emerging opportunities, advises stakeholders, and supports proposals and capture. Also contributes to debt financing, Series A fundraising, international expansion, and alignment between proposals, production, and technical capabilities. The role is remote, requires variable travel, and involves potential international engagement.

Manages quality assurance and quality control for explosives manufacturing. Responsibilities include audits, QMS and document control, CAPA, calibration, root-cause analysis, quality metrics, continuous improvement, incoming and final inspections, laboratory testing, lot disposition, traceability, and regulatory compliance. The role supports ISO/AS9100 systems, safety-critical production, customer and government audits, and may supervise QC personnel in a controlled-access facility.

Manages vendors, contractors, multidisciplinary resources, technical documentation, safety compliance, process optimization, and operational transition. Establishes engineering standards and technical baselines for future energetic-material manufacturing programs.

Supports environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance across explosives manufacturing operations. Conducts inspections, verifies explosive safety controls, exercises stop-work authority, responds to incidents, maintains ATF and OSHA records, supports DOT hazardous-materials compliance, administers permits and PPE, assists with safety plans and hazard analyses, and delivers safety training. The role is on-site with shift, weekend, on-call, and occasional travel requirements.

Build and lead sales for bulk energetic products and scientific laboratory services across government, commercial, oil and gas, defense, and international markets. Establish product catalogs, pricing databases, pipeline processes, and scalable sales infrastructure; develop and close domestic and international opportunities; manage strategic relationships; support marketing and industry events; and eventually build a sales team.

Leads comprehensive safety, health, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs for explosives manufacturing operations. Oversees OSHA, ATF, DCMA, DSCA, and related requirements; manages inspections, incident investigations, hazard analyses, training, emergency response, records, audits, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting. Serves as the primary liaison with government agencies and supervises safety personnel. The role is on-site in Talpa, Texas, involves hazardous manufacturing environments, and may require up to 20% travel.

Owns the Ballinger Campus supply chain function across procurement, inventory, receiving, shipping, production planning, order management, trade compliance, and ERP/MRP implementation. The role builds processes from scratch during site construction and production ramp-up, manages suppliers and long-lead materials, ensures ITAR/EAR and hazmat compliance, and eventually hires and leads a Phase 2 supply chain team. This is an on-site position requiring hands-on warehouse and dock involvement.
