Teams at Critical Materials Group

Plans and manages master production schedules, MRP outputs, work orders, materials, inventory, shipping, and contract deliveries for a regulated DoD manufacturing operation. Coordinates with procurement, logistics, program management, contracts, quality, and government representatives. Builds production and supply-chain dashboards using Palantir Foundry and ERP/MRP systems, tracks compliance and traceability, supports audits, and analyzes schedule, material, and delivery performance.

Owns CMG’s accounting and finance function, including the general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, government contract accounting, internal controls, audits, cash forecasting, ERP implementation, and investor reporting. The Director will build scalable financial infrastructure, manage outsourced providers, ensure FAR/DFARS, DCAA, CAS, and US GAAP compliance, and recruit an internal accounting team.

Leads technical execution of a continuous-flow HMX production program, supporting facility construction, equipment installation, process integration, automation, commissioning, startup, documentation, production readiness, and safety compliance. Coordinates vendors, contractors, technicians, operations, and safety personnel while managing technical risks, schedules, process improvements, hazard analyses, and operational readiness. Provides technical direction and supports development of future energetic-material manufacturing capabilities.
