Build and own hardware-in-the-loop testbeds, production unit testing, and canary fleet procedures for energy systems. Develop test infrastructure, author standards and documentation, analyze test data, lead hardware root cause investigations, and provide feedback to engineering and field operations. This hands-on, on-site role establishes the test engineering function for Critical Loop’s product line.

Coordinates transportation, delivery, retrieval, staging, rentals, vendors, and records for mobile battery storage and distributed energy assets. Supports receiving, warehouse and material handling, equipment documentation, invoice reconciliation, site mobilizations, permits, registrations, and issue resolution. The role is onsite and hands-on, requiring coordination with vendors, engineers, project teams, and customers, plus occasional local travel to sites, vendors, and DMV offices.

Develop and manage integrated production schedules across product lines, forecast part and staffing needs, analyze capacity, identify shortages and constraints, allocate shared resources, and mitigate schedule risks. The role partners with production and leadership teams to establish daily and weekly goals, optimize priorities, resolve build blockers, and support on-time customer delivery using ERP/MRP systems.

Own the mechanical design, supplier coordination, production, and troubleshooting of power-distribution products and packaged power-conversion skids. Responsibilities include designing enclosures and skid structures, maintaining drawings and BOMs, resolving supplier and quality issues, inspecting prototypes and production hardware, and transitioning R&D designs into repeatable manufacturing. This is a hands-on, full-time onsite role in Long Beach.

Drive mechanical manufacturing excellence for grid-scale battery storage products. Develop and qualify manufacturing processes, work instructions, layouts, capacity models, and product flow plans. Support assembly and systems integration, design-for-manufacturability reviews, non-conformance resolution, root-cause corrective actions, and capital equipment upgrades. Collaborate with engineering, quality, technicians, and subject matter experts to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery.

Drives manufacturing excellence for electrical assemblies and systems integration. Develops and qualifies manufacturing processes, work instructions, layouts, capacity models, and product flow. Collaborates with engineering, quality, subject matter experts, and technicians to resolve production challenges, improve manufacturability, address nonconformances, and implement corrective actions. Plans capital equipment and facility upgrades to support growing production demand and on-time delivery.
