The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, and test energy storage systems, manage vendors, and contribute to documentation and engineering processes.

Lead deployment, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a mobile battery energy storage fleet. Manage scheduling, site readiness, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, logistics, and customer communication. Test control logic with engineering teams, maintain documentation, provide on-call support, and travel to field sites (up to 50%).

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead electrical design for power systems, ensuring NEC compliance, collaborating across teams, and engaging with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Design, build, and maintain hardware-in-the-loop testbeds, production unit test processes, and canary fleet procedures. Author test documentation, analyze test data, lead root-cause investigations, and partner with engineering and field ops to improve hardware reliability. Build the test engineering function and own test infrastructure end-to-end.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers and leadership, own ATS operations in Ashby, improve interview processes and recruiting metrics, and support onboarding and People Operations projects to scale hiring.

Build and own the RevOps function: manage Salesforce (custom objects, flows, integrations), own closed-won to cash process, implement commission tracking, maintain forecasting and revenue reporting, ensure data integrity, and partner across Revenue, Product, Accounting, and Operations to scale tools and processes.
