Supports day-to-day People Operations, including employee lifecycle coordination, benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations documentation, leave administration, payroll changes, compliance, performance cycles, and employee engagement. Partners with Finance, IT, managers, and vendors while improving People processes in a growing organization.

Deploy, commission, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile battery energy storage and distributed energy systems at customer sites. Manage fleet scheduling, logistics, site readiness, electrical connections, preventive maintenance, system controls, telemetry, and customer escalations. Support reliable uptime through hands-on diagnosis of electrical, mechanical, battery, power electronics, software, and networking issues. Coordinate with engineering teams, provide documentation, and participate in on-call support and customer site visits up to 25% of the time.

Owns schedules, budgets, risks, customer communications, interconnection processes, and delivery outcomes for multiple concurrent energy project deployments. Coordinates engineers, technicians, subcontractors, utilities, inspectors, and customers; interprets electrical single-line diagrams; manages variance reporting, compliance, and field changes. Partners with the Technical Program Manager to develop scalable processes, tracking systems, reporting cadences, lessons learned, and lightweight automation for project operations.

Perform quality assurance for electrical and mechanical systems across manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and deployment. Develop inspection plans, conduct audits, verify compliance with procedures and ISO 9001, investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions, and monitor supplier quality. Partner with engineering, production, supply chain, and leadership teams to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure reliable, safe products.

Drive mechanical manufacturing excellence for grid-scale battery storage products. Develop and qualify manufacturing processes, work instructions, layouts, capacity models, and product flow plans. Support assembly and systems integration, design-for-manufacturability reviews, non-conformance resolution, root-cause corrective actions, and capital equipment upgrades. Collaborate with engineering, quality, technicians, and subject matter experts to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery.

Drives manufacturing excellence for electrical assemblies and systems integration. Develops and qualifies manufacturing processes, work instructions, layouts, capacity models, and product flow. Collaborates with engineering, quality, subject matter experts, and technicians to resolve production challenges, improve manufacturability, address nonconformances, and implement corrective actions. Plans capital equipment and facility upgrades to support growing production demand and on-time delivery.

Lead Quality Systems Engineer develops and implements quality processes and QMS (ISO 9001), performs audits, creates inspection plans, drives supplier qualification, and leads corrective/preventive actions to ensure product reliability across manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and deployment.

Develop and maintain firmware, drivers, network communication layers, and backend services for grid-edge controllers. Collaborate with hardware engineers on bring-up, field testing, commissioning, and debugging, and own features from design through deployment and field validation.
