The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead electrical design for power systems, ensuring NEC compliance, collaborating across teams, and engaging with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Lead and execute multiple concurrent BESS and utility-scale programs from kickoff through energization. Maintain program plans, risk registers, budgets, and schedules; coordinate engineering, procurement, production, field ops, logistics, and external vendors; drive issue resolution and stakeholder communications; build program infrastructure, reporting, and success metrics; capture learnings to improve future scopes and planning. Travel up to 25%.

The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, and test energy storage systems, manage vendors, and contribute to documentation and engineering processes.
