The Nurse Supervisor manages day-to-day clinical operations for Sexual Assault Services, supervises and schedules nurse examiners, conducts sexual assault examinations, provides follow-up referrals, maintains supplies and facilities, oversees quality improvement, delivers training, supports policies and procedures, and provides expert testimony. The role includes on-call coverage, emergency exam availability, staff performance management, and travel between Tampa and Ruskin clinics.

Supervises C3 Specialists providing crisis intervention, de-escalation, referrals, and support to callers diverted from law enforcement response. Oversees coaching, training, performance evaluations, quality assurance, documentation, and grant reporting. Maintains confidentiality and collaborates with 911 dispatch leadership to improve protocols, handoffs, outcomes, and program expansion. Requires crisis-services expertise, supervisory experience, FDLE dispatch-center credentialing, and ongoing specialized training.

Manage front-desk intake operations: answer phones, complete telephone intakes, screen for risk, schedule appointments, collect and record payments, maintain client records and data, assist staff, verify insurance, and support reporting and PQI efforts.

Provide peer-based, trauma-informed crisis intervention and navigation for individuals/families with substance use challenges, assist with Marchman Act processes, make referrals, document services in EHR, and collaborate with community stakeholders.

Lead accounting, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls for the agency. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, coordinate audits and budgets, monitor cash flow and debt covenants, supervise staff, and recommend process improvements to ensure GAAP compliance and financial health.

Provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and advocacy for sexual assault survivors; coordinate medical, legal, mental health, and social services; respond to exams 24/7; conduct outreach and prevention education; assist with legal/compensation processes; maintain records, safety plans, and community resource information.

Transport and care for patients with medical, physical, emotional, or developmental disabilities. Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain patient and transport documentation, follow protocols, participate in quality improvement, and after EMR training provide basic life support, assist with patient movement, and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls. Must complete required certifications and trainings and meet physical and legal/motor-vehicle requirements.
