Teams at Crisis Center of Tampa Bay

Supervise and develop C3 Specialists who answer 911-transferred calls to de-escalate crises, provide crisis intervention and referrals, ensure program quality, coordinate with law enforcement dispatch, track outcomes, and support program expansion and grant reporting.

Lead donor cultivation and solicitation across annual giving, grants, corporate partnerships, and major gifts ($15,000+). Manage a 75–100 prospect portfolio, execute engagement plans, coordinate fundraising events, track metrics, and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals while promoting agency mission.

Transport and care for patients with medical, physical, emotional, or developmental disabilities. Complete pre-trip inspections, maintain patient and transport documentation, follow protocols, participate in quality improvement, and after EMR training provide basic life support, assist with patient movement, and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls. Must complete required certifications and trainings and meet physical and legal/motor-vehicle requirements.
