Responsibilities include creating paid advertising copy, landing pages, emails, blog and social content, webinar materials, and educational resources. The role collaborates with digital marketing, content, PR, design, sales, and local marketing teams while monitoring campaign performance and optimizing conversions. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead scoring, webinar platforms, and education markets is advantageous.

Design, own, deliver, and continuously improve online courses in English, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or Sciences. Lead curriculum alignment, digital learning design, assessment, teaching-team support, moderation, coaching, and evidence-based course improvement. The role includes teaching, collaboration with faculty leadership, development of new courses and micro-credentials, and modeling ethical technology and AI use.

Supports the administration of AP, IGCSE, and A-Level examinations by maintaining accurate student records, trackers, documents, invoices, payment information, timetables, and results. Prepares routine communications for students and parents, follows up on missing information, supports access arrangements and post-exam administration, and escalates errors or complex issues to senior team members. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, spreadsheet proficiency, and reliable remote-working capability.

Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and improve CGA’s cloud products, backend, infrastructure, and frontend systems. Own complex technical problems end to end, contribute to architecture and technical direction, collaborate with product stakeholders, improve CI/CD and deployment practices, respond to production issues, and mentor engineers while raising engineering quality.

Guide prospective students and parents through Crimson Global Academy’s enrollment process, conduct admissions assessments, recommend curricula and personalized learning plans, monitor student progress, and advise on overseas university pathways. The role also supports consultations, information sessions, school talks, career fairs, seminars, and other local education events.
