Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and improve CGA’s cloud products, backend, infrastructure, and frontend systems. Own complex technical problems end to end, contribute to architecture and technical direction, collaborate with product stakeholders, improve CI/CD and deployment practices, respond to production issues, and mentor engineers while raising engineering quality.

Guide prospective students and parents through Crimson Global Academy’s enrollment process, conduct admissions assessments, recommend curricula and personalized learning plans, monitor student progress, and advise on overseas university pathways. The role also supports consultations, information sessions, school talks, career fairs, seminars, and other local education events.

Advise student-athletes and families on NCAA eligibility, collegiate recruitment, university selection, timelines, recruiting materials, and athletic pathways. Develop student-athlete curricula, workshops, webinars, and scalable resources for Grades 6–12. Assess recruitment readiness, provide sport-specific benchmarking, recommend development priorities, and build relationships with collegiate coaches and athletics partners.
