Teach live online Physics lessons to Years 9–13 students across Pre-IGCSE, IGCSE, and NCEA Levels 2–3. Design personalised learning experiences, provide differentiated instruction and assessments, build supportive student relationships, collaborate with educators, communicate with parents and caregivers, and contribute to curriculum development in a fully remote virtual school environment.

People and Performance Manager responsible for advising leaders on performance, engagement, development, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and organizational change. The role coaches managers, strengthens high-performance culture, improves HR processes, and uses AI and automation to reduce administrative work. It is a hands-on generalist position supporting fast-growing, multi-site and remote teams while partnering closely with the CEO.

Supports the administration of AP, IGCSE, and A-Level examinations by maintaining accurate student records, trackers, documents, invoices, payment information, timetables, and results. Prepares routine communications for students and parents, follows up on missing information, supports access arrangements and post-exam administration, and escalates errors or complex issues to senior team members. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, spreadsheet proficiency, and reliable remote-working capability.
