Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports. Extract, transform, and migrate data from multiple sources, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and present findings to clients and senior leadership to support decision-making.

Provide proactive network support and maintenance for customer environments, troubleshoot and repair hardware/software failures, perform installations and scheduled on-site visits, document services, advise clients on technologies, and follow escalation procedures to ensure reliable network operation.

Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation and IaC solutions. Automate provisioning, configuration, deployments, monitoring, and operational processes. Build tooling with Python/PowerShell/Go/JS and IaC/automation platforms (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, OpenShift). Collaborate across infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams while ensuring governance and providing technical leadership.

Lead multiple medium- to large-scale IT supply chain and operations projects from planning to delivery. Assemble and manage cross-functional teams and vendors, track milestones, control risks, budgets and change, report status to stakeholders, and apply PMI-based project management practices to ensure successful outcomes.
