Lead and coordinate large IT programs composed of multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to scope. Manage matrixed project managers and vendors, oversee planning, scheduling, financials, risk and change control, stakeholder communication, and program governance. Track milestones, resolve issues, and maintain program metrics and lessons learned.

Manage 3-5 concurrent IT infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk/issue logs. Coordinate vendors, control scope, and report status to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to PMI methodologies, track metrics and lessons learned, and provide hands-on support or training as needed.

Design, deploy, operate, and improve hybrid cloud and datacenter infrastructure. Manage Azure, Windows, Linux, virtualization (Nutanix, Hyper-V), SAN storage, automation/orchestration, and scripting. Troubleshoot incidents, lead changes, participate in on-call rotation, produce architecture and operational documentation, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure secure, highly available enterprise services.
