Develops new commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and municipal customer relationships for HVAC, mechanical, controls, and preventative maintenance services. Responsibilities include territory strategy, prospecting, facility assessments, solution presentations, contract negotiation, pipeline management, forecasting, and meeting new contract revenue and margin goals. The role partners with service and project teams to transition customers into ongoing account relationships.

Leads commercial and industrial HVAC design, including load calculations, equipment selection, layouts, engineering documentation, and Revit-based BIM/VDC coordination. Supports construction through RFIs, submittals, field observations, and issue resolution. Coordinates with contractors, architects, subcontractors, and project teams while managing schedules, quality, technical deliverables, and team members. Designs new construction, renovations, retrofits, and occupied-facility improvements in compliance with applicable mechanical, building, energy codes, and engineering standards.

Develops commercial and industrial electrical business by prospecting, building contractor and customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, identifying construction opportunities, preparing proposals and budgets, negotiating deals, and converting leads into awarded projects. The role also supports preconstruction, estimating, account expansion, client presentations, and handoffs to operations while monitoring market trends and pursuing long-term revenue growth.

Manages MEP customer projects from scope definition through delivery, overseeing schedules, budgets, costs, quality, resources, risks, change control, and stakeholder communication. Prepares proposals, estimates, status reports, project objectives, and deliverables while coordinating technical teams. Supports project management processes, continuous improvement, and organizational best practices. The role requires balancing multiple projects, communicating complex requirements, and maintaining technical involvement throughout project development and deployment.

Leads the MEP sales process, develops customer relationships, manages accounts, bids, leads, orders, and projects in Salesforce, and supports post-sale transitions. Provides product education, reviews technical submittals, monitors competition and pricing, resolves complaints, and collaborates with operations to meet customer needs and sales KPIs.

Drive commercial HVAC and MEP sales across Long Island by developing new business, managing accounts, selling service agreements and retrofit projects, leading RFPs and proposals, and closing contracts. Build relationships with business owners, facilities leaders, and executives while traveling extensively to job sites, client offices, and industry events across Long Island and NYC.

Perform daily accounting activities, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, and project-related accounting. Analyze variances, support forecasting and job-cost reporting, investigate discrepancies, process banking and intercompany transactions, and collaborate with operational and financial leaders. The role also assists with accounting procedures, training, standard operating procedures, and ad hoc reporting projects.

Leads commercial growth across 8–12 Midwest operating companies by improving sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM adoption, strategic accounts, recurring service revenue, and cross-company collaboration. Coaches regional sales and operating leaders, supports talent development, drives account expansion, and establishes consistent commercial operating rhythms while preserving local autonomy.
