Develops new commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and municipal customer relationships for HVAC, mechanical, controls, and preventative maintenance services. Responsibilities include territory strategy, prospecting, facility assessments, solution presentations, contract negotiation, pipeline management, forecasting, and meeting new contract revenue and margin goals. The role partners with service and project teams to transition customers into ongoing account relationships.

Leads commercial and industrial HVAC design, including load calculations, equipment selection, layouts, engineering documentation, and Revit-based BIM/VDC coordination. Supports construction through RFIs, submittals, field observations, and issue resolution. Coordinates with contractors, architects, subcontractors, and project teams while managing schedules, quality, technical deliverables, and team members. Designs new construction, renovations, retrofits, and occupied-facility improvements in compliance with applicable mechanical, building, energy codes, and engineering standards.

Develops commercial and industrial electrical business by prospecting, building contractor and customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, identifying construction opportunities, preparing proposals and budgets, negotiating deals, and converting leads into awarded projects. The role also supports preconstruction, estimating, account expansion, client presentations, and handoffs to operations while monitoring market trends and pursuing long-term revenue growth.
