Teams at Cresta

Lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for Cresta’s AI Agent and Agentic Assist portfolio. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to drive adoption, pipeline, differentiation, roadmap influence, and category leadership. The role also requires advising executives on market dynamics and platform strategy while building and scaling product marketing teams.

Work with customers to configure and maintain Cresta's Opera platform, identify key moments using keyword/utterance rules, monitor voice analytics trends, produce insight reports, respond to ad hoc analysis requests, and mentor customer analysts to maximize product value.

Own a book of 13-25 enterprise accounts across Spain/Portugal, generate ~50% of your pipeline, run full sales cycles (3-9 months) from discovery to close, deliver demos and business cases, prioritize new-logo acquisition, and collaborate with product, marketing, customer success, and engineering to scale Cresta’s Iberia presence.
