Manage student information systems and lead data analysis and reporting (attendance, discipline, achievement). Coordinate state and interim testing, complete all school data reporting, train staff on systems and testing procedures, and collaborate with curriculum leaders to use data to improve instruction.

Manage daily front office operations, maintain student records and student information system, handle transportation policies and communications, oversee inventory and purchase requisitions, coordinate schoolwide correspondence, and serve as primary family contact for school-related issues.

Support school operations by assisting managers across transportation, data/testing logistics, school meals reporting, technology, and enrollment. Prepare family communications, support event coordination, and complete special projects assigned by the Director of Finance & Operations.

Oversee non-instructional school operations and finances, manage operations team and vendors, ensure accurate payroll/accounts, lead budgeting and procurement, maintain facilities and record-keeping, and operationalize the school's mission.

Provide targeted small-group and individual reading and math interventions based on assessments. Identify at-risk students, develop and modify instructional plans, document progress for RTI teams, communicate with staff and families, maintain a positive classroom culture, participate in school life, and implement research-based instruction and feedback to improve student outcomes.

The Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician supports students with disabilities by delivering instruction, collecting data, and following behavior intervention plans under supervision.

The School Psychologist coordinates evaluations, collaborates with staff, conducts skills groups, and ensures compliance with regulations in schools.

The Director of Special Education will manage the special education department, improve student performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and support faculty development.
