Advises CROs, sponsors, and regulated organizations, manages client workstreams, presents recommendations to executives, mentors junior staff, develops proposals, and supports business development. Travel may be required based on client and project needs.

Leads managed services onboarding, client experience, support model optimization, KPI development, business reviews, value communication, and churn-risk initiatives. Oversees IT support tools, SOPs, SLAs, runbooks, root-cause analysis, and AI-enabled service improvements. Builds client relationships, supports business development, mentors junior staff, manages concurrent projects, and maintains 1,700 annual billable hours.

Lead design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflow automations; map and redesign business processes to integrate AI; support client engagements across discovery, deployment, and adoption; train nontechnical users and produce governance, documentation, and reusable solution assets.
