Support device integration and process flow for Mohawk Valley: monitor device attributes, analyze data to root cause parametric shifts, drive cross-team problem solving, respond to production deviations and customer concerns, implement process/device improvements, and support 24x7 disposition decisions.

Develop, qualify, and optimize thin film processes for a silicon carbide wafer fab. Use DoE and statistical analysis to drive yield, quality, and efficiency improvements. Apply predictive failure-mode/problem-solving aligned to automotive methodologies. Present technical results and travel occasionally to manufacturing sites and vendors to share knowledge and support product introductions.

Supports monthly financial close, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, maintains accurate financial records, contributes to internal and statutory reporting, assists auditors, ensures accounting controls and compliance, and improves finance processes. The role requires collaboration across business functions, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
