Support daily correspondence operations for a collections firm: enter data, coordinate with departments and clients, respond to consumer emails using templates, organize and track mail/text/email, process incoming correspondence using guided decisions, and prepare outgoing mail/cover letters. Maintain professionalism, multitask, and meet organizational priorities.

Manage and optimize on-premise Windows/Linux server infrastructure and virtualization. Administer AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, perform patching, backups, endpoint management, Tier 2/3 support, documentation, and vulnerability remediation. Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance while coordinating with security teams.

Process and reconcile payments (checks, direct payments, credit cards), post deposits, research discrepancies, manage internal email requests, and maintain accurate records. Requires attention to detail, communication, time management, and proficiency with Excel.
