The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. A high school diploma and two years of administrative and Excel experience are required; debt collection experience is preferred.

Provides administrative and office support for the Operations Department, including preparing reports, updating accounts and trackers, entering and reviewing data, consolidating spreadsheets, coordinating responses, following up on priorities, and supporting managers, clients, and collection staff. Maintains data accuracy and confidentiality while handling multiple requests and changing priorities.

Processes mailed checks, direct payments, and credit card payments. Researches and reconciles postings, balances bank deposits, manages internal email requests, and handles multiple priorities. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, time management, basic to intermediate computer skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. This is a full-time, in-office position with paid training and benefits.

Leads digital collections strategy across client portfolios, managing SMS, email, and other outreach campaigns. Analyzes engagement, payment conversion, liquidation, ROI, and deliverability metrics; conducts testing and optimization; oversees compliance with FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA, and state regulations; manages vendors and technology platforms; collaborates with clients and internal teams; and trains operational staff on digital collection initiatives.
