The Production Scheduler develops and optimizes production schedules, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and monitors production progress to ensure efficiency and compliance in manufacturing.

Manage end-to-end project delivery for assigned clients: build timelines, track budgets, reconcile job costing, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, maintain ERP/MRP data, lead client reviews, manage inventory and QC holds, and drive continuous process improvements to meet production and food-safety requirements.

The Process Lead enhances production performance by focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, training staff, managing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to optimize operations.

Create, maintain, and control product specifications for co-manufactured food and OTC drug products. Coordinate cross-functional reviews, manage change controls, ensure compliance with food safety/GMP/labeling, maintain master data in SharePoint/ERP, support onboarding/commercialization, investigate specification issues, and keep audit-ready records.

Manage demand planning for multiple clients by maintaining production schedules, using BI tools and Excel, updating client demand in Syteline, leading weekly planning calls, assessing capacity risks, coordinating with Procurement/Production/Quality/Client Services, and visiting production floors to ensure on-time deliveries and resource availability.
