Builds relationships with employees and visitors while enforcing security procedures and responding to emergencies. Requires flexible availability across seven days, including evenings and weekends, strong communication skills, security software proficiency, a valid BSIS Guard Card, and the ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours daily.

Provides flexible corporate security coverage across multiple sites, including reception, access control, visitor management, patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, emergency evacuations, and verbal de-escalation. The officer delivers professional customer service, enforces site security procedures, coordinates with emergency services, reports facility hazards, and adapts to day or swing shifts and varying assignments.

Conduct mobile patrols across client sites, inspect for hazards and unauthorized activity, respond to alarms and emergencies, de-escalate incidents, document activities in TrackTik, and secure events, private parties, and construction sites. The role requires flexible availability, frequent travel between South Bay and Peninsula locations, use of a company vehicle, and compliance with site-specific security procedures.
