Provides corporate physical security support through access control, surveillance and alarm monitoring, visitor assistance, incident response, investigations, site assessments, documentation, and risk mitigation. Builds relationships with employees and guests, enforces security protocols, coordinates with global security operations, and responds professionally to emergencies. The role is onsite in San Jose and includes evening and weekend work.

Provides corporate physical security support through surveillance monitoring, access control, visitor management, incident response, site assessments, investigations, documentation, and risk mitigation. Builds relationships with employees and visitors while enforcing security procedures and responding to emergencies. Requires flexible availability across seven days, including evenings and weekends, strong communication skills, security software proficiency, a valid BSIS Guard Card, and the ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours daily.

Provides flexible corporate security coverage across multiple sites, including reception, access control, visitor management, patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, emergency evacuations, and verbal de-escalation. The officer delivers professional customer service, enforces site security procedures, coordinates with emergency services, reports facility hazards, and adapts to day or swing shifts and varying assignments.
