Manage office installation projects from kickoff through closeout, coordinating sales, design, clients, vendors, subcontractors, deliveries, schedules, field dimensions, installations, punch lists, change orders, billing, and project reporting. Plans and specifies contract furniture for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and hospitality projects. Responsibilities include space planning, site verification, product specifications, technical drawings, inventory coordination, consultant coordination, finish selection, and client presentations. The role works closely with sales teams, clients, and MillerKnoll partners on complex, multi-phase projects and reconfigurations.

Manages assigned client accounts, drives product and service sales, develops new business, leads proposals and quotations, maintains CRM forecasts, and coordinates internal resources. Builds customer relationships, expands market share, develops account plans, monitors orders and invoicing, supports collections, and addresses complex sales challenges. The role requires strong communication, organization, business judgment, Microsoft Office proficiency, a driver's license, personal vehicle, and the ability to interpret floor plans and technical drawings.
