Develop and maintain back-end services, data layers, and APIs using C#/.NET Core. Design components from architecture, write high-quality testable code, debug complex issues, ensure security, performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable microservices and integrations (AWS).

Lead design, implementation, and ownership of backend microservices (.NET Core), APIs and databases; optimize performance, ensure security and reliability, mentor juniors, collaborate with product/frontend/AI teams, and manage CI/CD, monitoring, and technical support.

Support global legal, compliance, and audit operations including SOC2/ISO 27001 audits, compliance calendar and risk tracking, investor and M&A due diligence, and first-pass review/redlining of customer MSAs and other commercial agreements. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, prepare standard legal documents (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs), maintain contract playbook, and escalate strategic risks to the CFO.

Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, driving adoption, renewals, expansion and upsell. Run QBRs and executive reviews, multi-thread across complex organizations, forecast commercial outcomes, and partner with technical success, support and product to remove blockers and surface customer feedback. Prioritize account health and growth, build champions, and codify best practices to elevate the CS team.

Serve as the trusted technical partner for Enterprise customers: support pre-sales technical discovery, design integrations and scalable workflows, lead implementations, optimize post‑go‑live setups, troubleshoot complex issues, advise on best practices, and manage multi‑stakeholder relationships to drive adoption and value.
