Design, build, deploy, and optimize scalable, highly available agentic AI systems for a SaaS content-production platform. Integrate AI models into production, monitor performance, reduce cost, mentor junior engineers, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Serve as the trusted technical partner for Enterprise customers: support pre-sales technical discovery, design integrations and scalable workflows, lead implementations, optimize post‑go‑live setups, troubleshoot complex issues, advise on best practices, and manage multi‑stakeholder relationships to drive adoption and value.

Develop and maintain back-end services, data layers, and APIs using C#/.NET Core. Design components from architecture, write high-quality testable code, debug complex issues, ensure security, performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable microservices and integrations (AWS).

Build and maintain robust, maintainable front-end components and applications using React/JS/TypeScript. Own features end-to-end, collaborate with backend teams on APIs, ensure UI/UX feasibility, optimize performance, write tests, debug issues, and mentor junior developers.

Support global legal, compliance, and audit operations including SOC2/ISO 27001 audits, compliance calendar and risk tracking, investor and M&A due diligence, and first-pass review/redlining of customer MSAs and other commercial agreements. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, prepare standard legal documents (NDAs, DPAs, MSAs), maintain contract playbook, and escalate strategic risks to the CFO.

Lead design, implementation, and ownership of backend microservices (.NET Core), APIs and databases; optimize performance, ensure security and reliability, mentor juniors, collaborate with product/frontend/AI teams, and manage CI/CD, monitoring, and technical support.
