Lead front-of-house closing shifts in a campus dining setting: ensure menu accuracy and allergen labeling, monitor food temps, restock, complete closing checklists, support staff, resolve service issues, and communicate with supervisors and kitchen staff.

Provides administrative support for a university dining services operation, including greeting visitors, answering calls, filing, correspondence, record keeping, employee onboarding, HR documentation, employee file maintenance, basic accounting support, and confidential information handling. The role supports management, employees, students, and guests while coordinating multiple office tasks professionally and accurately.

Provides catering support for coffee breaks, receptions, and campus events by setting up, serving food and beverages, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, interacting professionally with guests, and cleaning up. The role requires daytime availability, at least one year of bartending experience, and preferably one year of food service or catering experience.

Supports the corporate Marketing team by creating photography, short-form video, graphics, copy, and scheduled content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Monitors engagement, assists with basic analytics and content planning, and supports broader marketing initiatives. Travels to nearby Creative Dining locations as needed to gather content. Works independently under direction while representing the organization’s mission and values professionally.

Sets up, serves, and cleans up coffee breaks, receptions, meals, and dining areas. Interacts professionally with guests and customers, maintains clean catering equipment and utensils, returns supplies to storage, and follows proper lock-up procedures.

Supervise and train baristas, manage scheduling and daily cafe operations, monitor inventory and budgets, ensure beverage and food quality, maintain health and safety standards, support customer service and in-store promotions, and assist with menu and vendor coordination.

Provide a welcoming, clean, and sanitized dining room. Set up, serve, and clean dining areas; interact professionally with guests; maintain and return clean dishes and equipment; report feedback, inventory, maintenance and supply needs; assist supervisors with tasks.

Manage and train kitchen staff; oversee hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, performance appraisals, and discipline. Supervise culinary operations, assist the Executive Chef, select vendors, maintain customer relations, analyze production, and recommend operational changes to ensure high-quality, nutritious, cost-effective, and sustainable food service.
