Teams at Creative Dining Services

Provide primary clerical and administrative support to Dining Services: greet visitors, answer phones, perform typing, filing, copying, emailing, record keeping, run errands, and manage new-hire paperwork including screenings and insurance enrollment.

Supervise daily dining operations at Coker University, ensuring food quality, safety, and sanitation. Train and manage dining staff, maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company policies, and foster positive relations with customers, vendors, and community members. Ensure smooth, efficient meal service including weekend coverage.

Lead front-of-house closing shifts in a campus dining setting: ensure menu accuracy and allergen labeling, monitor food temps, restock, complete closing checklists, support staff, resolve service issues, and communicate with supervisors and kitchen staff.
