The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, analyze recruiting metrics, and enhance the candidate experience at Creative Dining Services.

Supervise and train baristas, manage scheduling and daily cafe operations, monitor inventory and budgets, ensure beverage and food quality, maintain health and safety standards, support customer service and in-store promotions, and assist with menu and vendor coordination.

Provide a welcoming, clean, and sanitized dining room. Set up, serve, and clean dining areas; interact professionally with guests; maintain and return clean dishes and equipment; report feedback, inventory, maintenance and supply needs; assist supervisors with tasks.
