Monitor customer health, mitigate churn, develop success plans, gather product feedback, resolve escalations, and drive advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and referrals. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

The intern will develop features for the AI-powered video advertising platform, collaborating with engineers and PMs on full-stack solutions.

The role involves designing and scaling ML systems for prediction and recommendation, mentoring junior engineers, and leading projects.
