Oversee daily production operations, manage supervisors and staff, ensure orders are scheduled and produced to quality, safety, and GMP standards. Develop and maintain SOPs, drive continuous improvement, manage hiring/performance and labor issues, monitor inventory and reporting, and support regulatory inspections and safety programs.
