Leads complex, developer-led municipal capital projects from planning and procurement through design, entitlement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Represents municipal interests while coordinating developers, agencies, consultants, contractors, and community stakeholders. Manages scope, budgets, schedules, risks, procurement, agreements, compliance, project controls, and construction progress. Advises executives on feasibility, value engineering, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment for major public venues, mixed-use developments, urban renewal, and public-private projects.

Provide architectural leadership across all project phases, lead project teams, mentor staff, manage schedules and budgets, produce Revit-based designs and construction documents, ensure code and ADA compliance, coordinate consultants and contractors, perform construction administration/site observations, and support business development.

Lead firm-wide BIM/CAD standards and libraries, support project Revit setup and coordination, provide training and QA, assist project teams with documentation, and help manage office technology and software assets to keep workflows efficient and consistent.
