Lead design, development, and maintenance of fluoropolymer-lined fluid handling components from ideation through launch. Perform CAD, prototyping, testing, and optimization; manage projects; ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards; support production issue resolution and continuous improvement (DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, MSA).

Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test equipment (ATE) for aerospace electronics. Lead multifunctional teams and capital test projects, design test hardware/software (LabVIEW/TestStand), create test procedures and documentation, perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations, and support product development, sustaining, and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Support shop-floor production through troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, tooling and process design, and continuous improvement. Lead cost-reduction and capital projects, implement lean/CBS methods, maintain work instructions, and ensure quality system compliance (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). Train operators and support new process/product implementations.
