Leads the NAVG product lines, owning orders, sales, margins, pricing, product strategy, growth initiatives, cost, quality, delivery, and P&L support. Develops business models, forecasts, market strategies, product portfolios, and new products from ideation through launch. Partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and global teams to improve profitability, customer value, and market share. Up to 30% travel is required.

Provide hands-on HR support to manufacturing leaders: employee relations, Workday administration, recruiting for non-exempt roles, compliance (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Comp), onboarding, benefits events, and HR projects to improve staffing and organizational effectiveness.

Develop and validate supplier capabilities, systems, processes, and compliance. Lead supplier audits, scorecards, Lean and Six Sigma improvements, corrective actions, process capability assessments, product acceptance procedures, new product introductions, transfers, and supplier engineering changes. Collaborate with sourcing, design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve quality, cost, logistics, delivery, and manufacturing performance. Travel to domestic and international suppliers up to 50%.
