Develop and execute product verification, validation, environmental, reliability, compliance, and integration tests. Configure instrumentation and data acquisition systems, analyze and report test data, maintain automated test scripts and fixtures, investigate anomalies, verify corrective actions, and preserve test records, calibration controls, and laboratory safety. Collaborate with design, systems, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, service, and project teams.

Design and improve manufacturing methods, processes, tooling, and layouts; investigate root causes and implement corrective actions; evaluate design changes and equipment; perform cost analyses; develop work instructions and metrics; train operators; coordinate vendors/customers; support material review board and present ROI for capital or process improvements.

Supports HR operations including employee documentation, recruitment coordination, record maintenance, benefits vendor communication, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, scheduling, and HR project coordination. Serves as a liaison between employees and management, resolves HR-related questions, assists with interviews and hiring, and uses HR systems and spreadsheets for data management.
