Meet potential clients, assess cases, gather evidence (photos/video/documents), finalize representation contracts, consult attorneys on complex issues, submit reports, and perform related office duties. Spanish fluency required.

Greet clients and visitors, answer and route incoming calls and emails, receive and distribute mail, and perform light clerical tasks. Maintain professional phone etiquette, customer service, and basic computer/Microsoft Office use. Position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with growth opportunities.

Develop and nurture relationships with medical providers to grow referral networks. Create and execute localized marketing plans, campaigns, training materials, and events. Track KPIs and ROI, collaborate cross-functionally, and expand provider partnerships to drive mutual business value.

Manage personal injury case files and client communications, track timelines and deadlines, maintain case management database, collect medical records and billing ledgers, coordinate billing/liens and Medicare/Medicaid issues, and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support case progress.
