As an Engagement Manager, you will lead customer success for Cradle's largest clients in biopharma and biotech, ensuring they achieve measurable success in their protein R&D portfolios by building relationships and guiding strategic adoption of the platform.

The Scientist will develop innovative methods for high-throughput protein screening, collaborate across teams, and ensure robust workflows and data generation for protein optimization.

Design and build service-oriented backend systems to expose ML models to scientists: architect data storage, APIs, model access/versioning, and collaborate with biologists and ML researchers.

Design end-to-end features for an AI-driven protein design platform: own research, conceptualization, implementation, and iteration; maintain the design system; define edge states and error paths; collaborate closely with engineers and user researchers to make complex, data-dense scientific workflows legible to biologists.
