Teams at Cradle

Support two founding executives by managing calendars, inboxes, travel, meeting preparation, personal administration, and follow-up. The role requires strong judgment, polished written English, discretion, initiative, organization, and the ability to build efficient processes in a startup environment. Responsibilities include coordinating international travel across Europe and the US, handling customer, investor, and hiring communications, managing personal logistics, and automating recurring administrative tasks.

Drive enterprise sales across biotech and biopharma, owning strategic accounts and closing high-value partnerships. Build relationships with R&D leaders, translate technical AI and protein-design capabilities into business value, collaborate with product and technical teams on complex proposals, provide market feedback, represent Cradle at industry events, and improve enterprise sales processes and playbooks.

Own and bring group accounting in-house across European and US entities. Build procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes; establish controls, automation, and audit readiness; deliver accurate multi-entity reporting across currencies and frameworks; and support budgeting, forecasting, cash analysis, tax structuring, and future funding rounds.
