Own Cracken’s external voice and marketing presence across social media, blog, website, media, and events. Create credible technical content translating cybersecurity research, product capabilities, and engineering work into accessible messaging. Execute content and media plans, build relationships with press and communities, identify PR opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, track performance, and optimize marketing activities. The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, technical writing, social media growth experience, and hands-on use of AI marketing tools.

Own the end-to-end technical content strategy and production for an AI cybersecurity company. Write blogs, whitepapers, explainers, product breakdowns, and conference content; translate complex security and AI concepts for technical and general audiences; collaborate with researchers and engineers; adapt content for social channels; monitor trends and performance; and manage a lightweight content pipeline.

Lead and scale Cracken's global partner ecosystem by defining strategy, sourcing and closing strategic channel and technology alliances, building partner programs (resellers, MSSPs, SIs), driving partner-influenced revenue, and recruiting and leading a partnerships team. Work cross-functionally to operationalize integrations, manage executive-level relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
