Cleans and prepares fleet trucks and equipment using pressure washers, steam-cleaning equipment, and approved products. Responsibilities include cleaning vehicle exteriors and interiors, safely operating wash-bay equipment, moving vehicles when authorized, maintaining an organized wash area, storing supplies, and reporting damage or safety issues. The role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 75 pounds, safe work practices, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.

Build load- and lane-level contribution margin models and Power BI dashboards tracking revenue, costs, utilization, and margin leakage. Analyze fleet versus subcontracted hauling, routing, payload efficiency, disposal economics, commodity spreads, and fuel recovery. Validate invoices and rate terms, support negotiations and RFPs, and present recommendations to operations and leadership. The role requires strong financial reconciliation, advanced Excel and Power BI/DAX skills, and 3–5 years of analytical experience.

Manage assigned customer accounts for container services, coordinate deliveries and pickups, process orders/payments and billing inquiries, maintain CRM and sales reporting, partner with dispatch and operations to ensure responsive service and grow customer relationships.
