The Lead Shopify Developer oversees the technical aspects of ecommerce projects on the Shopify Plus platform, guiding development teams, ensuring best practices, and driving project success from planning to deployment.

The Technical Project Manager ensures efficient execution of client projects by managing sprints, client communication, and project deliverables while fostering strong relationships and leading internal teams.

Provide off-hours client support and high-level triage for production issues, debug frontend and backend (PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Shopify), deploy hotfixes, create Jira tickets, communicate with clients and internal teams, and assist development teams with optimizations and runbooks.

Own weekly capacity and utilization reporting, lead staffing meetings, coordinate assignments across full-time and contract resources, surface and translate staffing risks into requisitions, source and onboard labor, plan coverage for absences, drive timesheet compliance, and partner with Sales, Delivery, recruiters, and leadership to keep projects staffed and on schedule.
