Manage full sales cycle, build pipeline, co-sell with partners, develop account strategies, forecast, and transition closed deals to delivery teams while driving KPIs and market strategy.

Manage Salesforce and Atlassian PPC data quality for licensing and renewals: monitor error queues, triage and correct records, remove duplicates, maintain account mappings, escalate defects, report trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce manual effort.

Lead hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation across core apps, custom scoped apps, portals, and integrations. Design scalable solutions, build REST/SOAP integrations, develop Employee Center and CSM portals, enforce code quality and upgrade-safe patterns, optimize platform performance and CMDB integrity, and mentor junior engineers while conducting code reviews and technical design work.
