Leads Cprime’s Intelligent Work Transformation advisory practice, driving growth strategy, enterprise sales, executive client relationships, solution development, and value realization. Advises organizations on operating model, workforce, agile, product, AI-enabled workflow, and platform transformations. Builds differentiated offerings, supports go-to-market execution, oversees strategic delivery elements, recruits and develops consulting talent, and represents the practice through thought leadership. The role requires maintaining 50% billable utilization and includes up to 40% travel.

Designs and shapes Atlassian solutions throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including customer discovery, architecture, workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, estimates, RFP responses, and Statements of Work. Advises on Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, integrations, migrations, security, governance, configuration, and adoption. Partners with sales and delivery teams to manage risks, define commercially credible scopes, and ensure solutions transition effectively into implementation.

Drive new business and expansion sales for ServiceNow consulting, implementation, optimization, and managed services across Healthcare, Life Sciences, State and Local Government, and Higher Education. Own the full sales cycle, develop territory strategy, build pipeline, engage executive stakeholders, navigate complex procurement processes, partner with ServiceNow teams, manage forecasts, and achieve revenue targets.
