Manage the full sales cycle, build pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, position advisory and implementation services, develop Atlassian co-sell relationships, coordinate proposals and delivery handoffs, attend ecosystem events, maintain forecasts, and meet revenue and pipeline targets.

Lead end-to-end Apptio Targetprocess implementations for enterprise clients, including discovery workshops, configuration, custom dashboards, automation, metrics, data imports, and third-party integrations. Mentor implementation teams, drive user adoption, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, support product improvements, and present status and recommendations to leadership. Support presales through demonstrations, RFP responses, solution design, and effort estimation.

Leads Cloudability, FinOps, and Apptio One consulting engagements, including discovery, solution design, implementation, integrations, cost allocation, forecasting, optimization, governance, dashboards, and executive reporting. Advises customers on cloud financial management and TBM operating models, leads workshops and solution architecture, mentors consultants, supports presales, and develops reusable delivery methodologies. Works across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments while integrating Cloudability and Apptio One for comprehensive technology cost transparency.
