As a Cyber Claims Operations Specialist, you will manage cyber insurance claims, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee logistics, and ensure efficient claims processing from intake to closure.

Entry-level SDR responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, booking meetings, maintaining CRM hygiene, translating technical cyber concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and executing disciplined follow-up cadences.

Lead insurance accounting and reporting: ensure timely U.S. GAAP financials and statutory filings, manage month-end close and consolidations, oversee reserves/reinsurance accounting and reconciliations, strengthen controls, drive ERP and reporting automation (e.g., NetSuite integrations), support audits, and mentor accounting staff.

Handle and adjust cyber insurance claims including coverage analysis, investigation, incident response, reserving, managing defense and coverage counsel, reinsurance reporting, and claim disposition. Provide regular communication with insureds, brokers and internal teams, prepare claim presentations, obtain authorities, and help market claim services to customers.
