Own and manage the operational launch playbook for approximately 30–50 new and upgraded programs annually. Provides legal counsel on marketing, advertising, communications, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance. Reviews marketing content, manages claims and escalations, advises on promotions, social media, testimonials, and disclosures, and develops compliance strategies across federal, state, and international requirements.
