Uses labor-market insights, technology, analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence to improve services and outcomes. Advises university leadership, collaborates with academic teams, and manages a high-performing career services and employer relations team while driving innovation, accountability, and organizational change.

Coordinates student clinical field experiences by researching and managing agency partnerships, securing and maintaining affiliation agreements, monitoring placement inventory, supporting scheduling, and ensuring compliance. Serves as the primary contact for students, faculty, and partners, resolves concerns, tracks assignments and data, supports site evaluations, and participates in clinical partner events. Requires strong communication, organization, relationship management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Corporate Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and real estate agreements; advise procurement and business stakeholders on contract interpretation and vendor disputes; support leases and real estate service agreements; and develop templates, playbooks, negotiation guides, clause libraries, and process improvements. The attorney will collaborate across legal, business, and operational teams and support strategic initiatives.
