Provide proactive, student-centered mentoring and academic coaching for BSN students, develop individualized NCLEX readiness plans, facilitate virtual labs and skills remediation, document and report student progress, and collaborate with faculty and leadership to support student persistence and program outcomes.

Lead discovery and incubation of Innovation & AI solutions: conduct user research, define product vision and hypotheses, prototype and run pilots, validate technical and business feasibility, and transition validated initiatives to Product Engineering. Drive PRDs, experimentation strategy, UX collaboration, and measure adoption and business outcomes.

Teach Anatomy and Physiology onsite, delivering classroom, online, and lab instruction; manage a full teaching load, develop course materials, support microbiology lab operations, advise students, participate in committees, accreditation, and scholarly activities, and mentor faculty to advance student success.
