Provides enterprise-wide leadership for support operations across academic institutions, improving student services, resource planning, process efficiency, technology enablement, and regulatory compliance. Oversees student financial operations, audits, regulatory responses, budgets exceeding $5 million, and funding portfolios exceeding $1.8 billion. Leads diverse teams, develops strategic initiatives, uses performance data to improve service delivery, and partners with executives, institutions, legal, regulatory, and IT stakeholders.

Supports campus expansion launches by maintaining project plans, trackers, repositories, timelines, status reports, and governance processes. Coordinates operational readiness, site visits, regulatory research, licensing, procurement, purchase orders, and facility support. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, improves processes and tools, tracks risks and milestones, and uses reporting and AI-enabled technologies to increase operational efficiency.

Advises medical students on clinical rotations, clerkship scheduling, graduation requirements, licensure, and residency preparation. Coordinates placements at approved clinical training sites, maintains rotation databases, processes scheduling updates, and provides phone, email, and in-person support. Resolves student issues, serves as an advocate, communicates regulatory information, maintains service standards, and contributes to process improvements and documentation.
