The Treasury Manager oversees daily cash and liquidity management, banking activities, intercompany funding, short-term investments, ACH and wire payments, cash forecasting, and treasury systems administration. The role maintains Kyriba, resolves banking and data transmission issues, improves bank structures and processes, supports audits, ensures treasury controls and compliance, and collaborates with finance and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Performs technology and internal control audits under supervision, supporting audit planning, testing, documentation, risk evaluation, reporting, and corrective-action recommendations. Reviews SOX, IT, operational, financial reporting, and regulatory education controls while applying PCAOB, IIA, and COSO standards. Communicates findings to management and collaborates with process owners across a matrixed organization.

Supports students throughout the experiential learning lifecycle by coordinating placements, reviewing sites and preceptors, maintaining records, providing advisement and coaching, resolving concerns, and facilitating communication and agreements with academic partners. The role tracks student data, identifies progression barriers, supports documentation and registration, and fosters relationships with internal teams and external preceptors to promote student success.
