Teach undergraduate RN-BSN courses across online, classroom, clinical, lab, and simulation settings; develop curriculum and instructional materials; mentor and evaluate students; contribute to program accreditation, scholarship, and faculty development; use educational technology and AI tools to enhance learning and student success.

Serve as the primary student-facing representative for employer and association partners by promoting Walden's programs at onsite and virtual events, generating and qualifying leads, coordinating event logistics, managing CRM entries and reporting, building partner relationships, conducting follow-up with prospects, and collaborating with enrollment, marketing, and partnership teams. Frequent regional travel and occasional evenings/weekends required.

Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of employer and association partners, driving account growth, retention, and engagement. Develop account plans, coordinate onsite/virtual events, resolve partner issues cross-functionally, manage CRM records and KPIs, support renewals and contracts, and provide strategic, consultative guidance to advance workforce development partnerships.
