Provide Tier 1–2 IT and simulation lab support across campus locations: troubleshoot desktops, AD, networking, AV, printers, deploy images/software, maintain and set up simulation manikins/equipment, supervise student workers, coordinate vendor work, and support SimCare operations and trainings.

Lead development and execution of Covista's enterprise impact engagement strategy. Embed impact narratives across communications, events, partnerships, and institution enablement. Manage internal and external storytelling, content creation, stakeholder engagement, program development, and team members. Serve as primary connector between Impact and Corporate Affairs, reporting progress to leadership and identifying new partnership opportunities to amplify Covista's impact.

Contact and qualify prospective students via phone, email, and SMS; guide applicants through enrollment by coordinating with internal teams; build rapport in a high-volume environment; host or attend local campus/community events as needed; maintain compliance and support enrollment goals in a student-centric team.
