Lead HR project lifecycles, design and deliver automation and communication strategies, manage internal channels and stakeholder engagement, define KPIs, oversee employee engagement surveys, mentor team members, and use AI and HR technology to improve HR service delivery while handling confidential information.

Provide strategic and operational HR support across UK, Ireland and France. Advise leaders on employee relations, employment law, organisational design, change, talent, L&D, engagement, recruitment, HR systems and metrics. Manage complex ER cases, drive people plans, implement digital HR improvements, analyse HR data, and support workforce planning and performance management.

Coordinate marketing, vendor management, and account activities for the Buying Group. Manage partner relationships, social media, website content, CPD events/webinars, Salesforce vendor records, and support sales onboarding, campaigns, and reporting to grow revenue and streamline processes.
