Support warehouse operations by rotating across teams, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders. Assist with stock counts, product setups, returns, and discrepancy investigations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and cleanliness standards. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, basic IT skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work across sites.

Leads inbound logistics and inventory control operations within a distribution center. Manages receiving, put-away, vendor returns, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, non-saleable goods, recalls, and regulatory compliance. Supervises and develops inbound and inventory associates, tracks operational KPIs, maintains WMS/ERP data integrity, and drives continuous process improvements. The role is fully on-site, requires occasional overtime and after-hours response, and may involve limited overnight travel.

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, perform general warehouse duties, follow safe work practices, and support timely deliveries. The role requires teamwork, self-management, attention to detail, communication, customer service, basic computer literacy, and adherence to established procedures. Prior high-volume warehousing experience is advantageous. A current forklift license and RF scanner experience are desirable.
