Leads indirect procurement strategy with primary responsibility for IT categories, including SaaS, cloud, hardware, telecom, and IT services. Develops sourcing roadmaps, runs competitive bids, negotiates enterprise agreements, manages renewals, and delivers savings, cost avoidance, and working-capital improvements. Uses AI and automation for spend analytics, contract review, and RFP processes. Partners with IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders while managing supplier performance, compliance, and procurement process improvements.

Own the APAC corporate tax function, ensuring tax governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and legislative implementation. Prepare tax calculations, returns, transfer pricing and cross-border tax documentation, internal tax packages, FBT returns, tax accounting journals, and financial statement disclosures. Provide tax advice on transactions, liaise with US tax teams and auditors, and independently manage deadlines and continuous improvement initiatives.

Administers sales compensation systems, including SAP Commissions and Salesforce workflows; calculates, validates, and reconciles commission payments; manages accruals, audits, reporting, and seller support. Builds Excel models for compensation plans and quota structures, investigates data issues, coordinates system updates, and partners with Sales, Finance, HR, Accounting, Legal, and vendors. Identifies process improvements and supports automation, AI-enabled validation, and governance activities.
