Product Designer responsible for maintaining and evolving the design system, reviewing UI implementations, improving user experiences, and translating customer feedback into product enhancements. The role partners closely with Product and Engineering to deliver polished, accessible, and consistent features in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Manage customer onboarding, training, adoption, health monitoring, issue resolution, and expansion opportunities for veterinary-industry clients. Build trusted relationships, identify at-risk accounts, recommend product improvements, collaborate with internal teams, and advocate for customer needs. Develop case studies and testimonials while helping customers maximize the value of CoVet’s AI-powered solutions.

Analyze and consolidate data from multiple systems, build scalable dashboards and executive reporting, define standardized metrics, ensure data quality, and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Operations, and Data Engineering to support decision-making and improve reporting processes.

Support enterprise and partnership customers through onboarding, implementation, training, launch coordination, and the first 30 days of adoption. The role coordinates stakeholders, manages implementation plans, delivers webinars and training, troubleshoots launch issues, supports pilots and events, identifies commercial opportunities for Sales, and helps develop scalable onboarding playbooks.

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps (primarily Flutter) and full-stack services. Design and operate serverless backend infrastructure on GCP/Firebase, model Firestore databases, implement RESTful APIs and integrations, monitor and debug production systems, support deployments, and collaborate across product, design, QA, and engineering to deliver scalable, well-tested features.

Support enterprise rollouts and customer adoption by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, managing client communications, scheduling trainings and QBRs, maintaining HubSpot account activity, identifying adoption opportunities, and escalating issues to internal teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term account success.

Sell CoVet AI copilot to veterinary practices through targeted cold calling, market analysis, initial client engagement, demo generation, cross-functional handoffs, and mentoring junior team members.
