Drive the product roadmap and lifecycle by conducting user and market research, prioritizing backlogs, writing user stories, planning sprints, and coordinating Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and veterinary support. Define quality checkpoints, product KPIs, and release protocols; communicate roadmaps to stakeholders; gather customer feedback; and ensure AI products meet ethical, compliance, and data privacy standards.

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps (primarily Flutter) and full-stack services. Design and operate serverless backend infrastructure on GCP/Firebase, model Firestore databases, implement RESTful APIs and integrations, monitor and debug production systems, support deployments, and collaborate across product, design, QA, and engineering to deliver scalable, well-tested features.

Manual-focused QA Engineer responsible for test planning and execution across web and mobile, identifying risks, writing structured test cases, validating UX against designs, running and extending web automation (Playwright), and helping evolve automation strategy and CI/CD quality processes.
