Lead quality strategy across web and mobile products, establish testing standards, coordinate release readiness, mentor QA professionals, and shape automation strategy. Design risk-based test coverage, maintain automated test suites, integrate testing into CI/CD, identify quality risks early, and communicate defects, risks, and release recommendations to Product, Engineering, and Design teams.

Analyze and consolidate data from multiple systems, build scalable dashboards and executive reporting, define standardized metrics, ensure data quality, and translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Operations, and Data Engineering to support decision-making and improve reporting processes.

Support enterprise and partnership customers through onboarding, implementation, training, launch coordination, and the first 30 days of adoption. The role coordinates stakeholders, manages implementation plans, delivers webinars and training, troubleshoots launch issues, supports pilots and events, identifies commercial opportunities for Sales, and helps develop scalable onboarding playbooks.
