Performs general accounting operations, reconciliations, accruals, asset and rebate accounting, contract reviews, financial close coordination, internal controls, and audit support. Advises business and site Controlling teams on accounting matters, supports accurate IFRS-compliant group financial statements, maintains accounting procedures, and provides transactional and project support. The role also coordinates with Tax and may lead teams or projects.

Lead Covestro’s global MES strategy, architecture, roadmap, solution development, and implementation. Coordinate international MES programs and projects, manage software suppliers and service providers, optimize production processes, and promote global alignment. The role requires strong MES, SAP, and industrial IT/OT expertise, including process control technology experience in semi-continuous or batch operations, along with project leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Own Covestro’s Polyurethanes sales business across Australia and New Zealand. Develop sales plans, manage pricing and volume allocation, negotiate with customers, grow key accounts and distributors, maintain forecasts and market intelligence, and identify business development opportunities. The role also supports circular economy initiatives, regional business planning, and adoption of AI-enabled CRM and digital sales tools.
