Operate and improve Apache Airflow and Kubernetes-based scientific simulation platforms on AWS EKS. Build infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD solutions with ArgoCD, Helm, and GitHub Actions; manage autoscaling, observability, HPC environments, and simulation workloads. Collaborate with workflow developers, develop Airflow plugins and operators, document platform architecture, track projects, and evaluate cloud-native technologies for digital R&D.

Lead Mobility marketing strategy across the Americas for Covestro’s Engineering Plastics business. Responsibilities include market segmentation, positioning, value proposition development, OEM and supplier networking, business development portfolio management, product and application roadmap collaboration, circular economy initiatives, trade shows, digital campaigns, and global lighting program leadership. The role also represents the business as a key opinion leader in industry forums and requires strong cross-functional, international leadership.

Supports general ledger, month-end closing, reporting, account monitoring and clearing, manual postings, master data changes, audits, and financial controls. Ensures compliance with accounting policies, service-level agreements, IFRS, local tax laws, and quality standards. The role also contributes to process documentation, team support, and continuous improvement initiatives in an international business environment.
