Provides hands-on OT cybersecurity and network support across approximately ten Americas sites. Responsibilities include implementing firewall, domain policy, patch management, antivirus, and OT data controls; maintaining centralized OT infrastructure; contributing to global OT architecture standards; advising on industrial communication protocols, DCS IT components, and IIoT technologies; and coordinating between engineering, IT, and OT security teams. The role requires extensive OT/IT network, process automation, and industrial cybersecurity experience, with regional travel and cross-functional collaboration.

Leads national and regional government relations, policy monitoring, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and strategic communications for Covestro in China. Advises senior management on political and regulatory developments, coordinates government and industry partnerships, organizes engagement events, and advances sustainability, circular economy, and innovation priorities. Collaborates with legal, communications, sustainability, business unit, and site leadership teams.

Provides chemical process engineering support for projects, including process design, safety and HAZOP activities, permitting, equipment and piping design inputs, PFD/PID updates, mass and energy balances, and infrastructure and logistics interfaces. Ensures process documentation, workflows, regulatory compliance, and delivery packages meet quality, cost, schedule, and safety requirements.
