Lead and manage a polymer/materials chemistry lab team, coordinate with production, BD/AD and technicians, engage external experts and vendors, ensure safety, quality and IP compliance, and drive projects involving compounding, processing and structure-property relationships.

Support Sales by creating and maintaining customer and sales master data, coordinate with Customer Service, Controlling, Supply Chain and IT on data issues, organize meetings and workshops, prepare materials and minutes, and assist continuous improvement of master data processes and tools.

Lead identification, delivery, and adoption of AI initiatives across EMEA. Engage senior stakeholders, manage vendors, design training and curricula, apply agile and design thinking, and build organizational AI capability while measuring and communicating delivered value.
